3. Personalization & Preview Approval
Customers may receive a design preview before production begins.
Once a preview has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible due to the custom-made nature of the product.
Please carefully review all personalization details before approval.
4. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, or import charges may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
PetCard™ is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances outside our control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
