Return & Refund Policy – PetCard™

At PetCard™, every card is custom-made specifically for your pet 🐶✨
Because of the personalized nature of our products, we kindly ask you to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

We want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 90 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • All included accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please do not send any items back without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will provide full return instructions.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your PetCard™ arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of PetCard™, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized cards once production has started
  • Items showing signs of misuse or damage not caused by us
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Final sale or promotional items

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law

7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

PetCard™ reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the return policy
  • Excessive or unreasonable return behavior
